Socially Disorganizing
June 11, 2008 – 12:27 pmI'm a social network whore. I belong to tons of social networks, I peruse through social blogs like Mashable, and jump on the opportunity to join a new social network. So if you're like me, you're inbox is filled to the brim with social network emails and requests. Its quite mind boggling.
I thought I could get along by shutting off alerts for most of my networks but, I hate logging in to see if theres anything new being talked about or anyone new trying to connect to me. So I've decided to create several email accounts for the major networks I belong to and a bulk one for the minor ones. It keep my personal email free and clear of some social junk and it makes me feel a little more organized in my very very disorganized life.

I agree, I am like that also. It seems like social opportunities are exponentially growing month to month. Its quite interesting and takes a lot of organization to make sure you dont miss anything.
